N. R. GOVINDARAJAN

The founder and principal partner of our firm and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also Associate member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, qualified in the year 1987. Currently specializing in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), his areas of expertise include Assurance & Taxation, Legal Representations, etc. He has also been a visiting faculty at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and various other educational institutions across India. He has also been teaching at various Governmental Organisations including the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India and Reserve Bank of India. Mr. Govindarajan is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor. He has been the visionary on whose ideology the organization treads along today; ready to step into the new era of rendering professional services of the highest standards globally. He has lead from the front, playing a key role in the strategic growth of the organization.

N. RAJAGOPALAN

A Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, qualified in the year 2005. He has since then been a Partner and actively involved in the firm. His association with the firm dates back to his days of training as an Articled Staff. His vide areas of specialization include Corporate Audit, Direct Taxation, Corporate Accounting, Payroll, Bank Audits, Local Laws, Labour Laws and Talent Management.

S. R. CHANDRASEKARAN

Completed Chartered Accountancy in November 1984, and was employed in various capacities (both in India and Abroad), during April 1985 to October 1995. Apart from the routine audit services, he is also looking after Investment Planning, loan syndication and representation before the financial institutions and banks. He has successfully balanced his broad audit expertise with investment advisory service. He serves his clients not only as a trusted advisor, but also as a valuable friend focussing on the client's best interest.

K. RAMACHANDRAN

A Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, qualified in the year 1977. He has held varied senior level positions with an Indian multinational - Larsen & Toubro Ltd., ECC Construction Division, for more than 25 years. He has handled responsibilities in the areas of Finance, accounting, banking and occupied positions as SBU Head, International services Head and as Head Finance Commercial and MIS domestic operations. He specializes in Project Financing, working capital funding assignments, loan syndication, business reorganisation and representation before the financial institutions and banks.

N. R. NARASIMHAN

Qualified Chartered Accountant, since 1973 and after a brief stint with Dalmia Magnesite Corporation, moved to Larsen & Toubro Limited and served in various capacities for more than 3 decades. He held the position of General Manager (Finance, Accounts and Administration), in their ECC division and as SBU head in their Developmental project businesses dealing with BOT, Projects relating to Roads, bridges and IT Parks. Before joining the firm in 2001, he was Vice-President of L & T InfoTech. Currently he takes care of Audit Assurance and Management Consultation division of the firm.

SAI SUDHAKAR

A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having 10 years of post-qualification experience. He has expertise and is specialized in the field of Auditing, Accounting and Taxation including tax planning and advisory services. He has specialized in system setup including Accounting systems and he has extensive knowledge of Accounting and Auditing Standards and I.T laws. He is also specialist in Bank Statutory Audit and PSU Audits.

Shama Sarin

Shama Sarin completed Chartered Accountancy course in May'2008 and since then have served in Corporate Finance team of various organisations wherein she played a key role in consolidating the group financial statements each month and automations of various MIS reports.Due to her keen interest in academics she has recently started teaching CA students and is rendering professional services to clients in auditing, direct and indirect taxation.
